If your pet is nervous, we take the time to let them settle in first. If your pet is older or has joint pain, we adjust how we handle them instead of forcing a standard routine. My training doesn't stop either, and neither does my team's. Certificate courses and continuing education happen year after year, so the way we work keeps getting better, not staying the same.
