A Full Groom is a different job. That's for when the coat needs actual shaping, it's been months since the last cut, or mats have started forming under the collar or behind the ears. Many people book a bath thinking it will fix a matted coat, but it can't. Mats need to be worked out carefully or shaved down. A bath alone won't touch that.
